Key Expectations from this Position:

• Generating new clients and building the said Vertical (Real Estate / Construction).
• Mapping client; i.e. knowing about their competitors in terms of product, technology, environment, capacity, HR practices and etc.
• Manage the Over all Recruitment operations and responsible for a Team.
• Ensure that Attrition is curtailed to a Minimum.
• Ensuring maximum client satisfaction by understanding requirements in retrospect to the job description, job specification.
• Handling customer centric HR Services & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
• Ensuring on time delivery with minimum rejections.
• Job Posting for profiles (jobsites- Naukri/ Monster/ Times).
• Tracking the 'Offer Accepted' candidates. Guiding and facilitating them in areas of compensation, relieving from previous employer, DOJ extension; thereby ensuring that the candidate joins.
• Reference Checks.
• Assessment of Client Feedback and improving the services.
• Preparing Weekly/ Monthly Recruitment Report/Trackers.
• Managing daily MIS.
